【摘要】 目的探讨心脏起搏治疗对Ⅲ度房室传导阻滞(Ⅲ度AVB)患者血浆脑钠肽(BNP)的影响。方法分别对20例Ⅲ度AVB患者及20例健康体检者(对照组)抽取静脉血备用,另对15例行临时心脏起搏治疗者分别于心脏起搏治疗前及起搏治疗24h后抽静脉血备用;用放射免疫法测定各组患者血浆BNP浓度进行统计分析。结果Ⅲ度AVB患者血浆BNP浓度为(115±23)pg/mL,明显高于对照组的(27±14)pg/mL(P<0.01);15例行临时心脏起搏治疗者,起搏24h后血浆BNP浓度(40±13 pg/mL)较起搏治疗前(103±17 pg/mL)明显降低(P<0.01),但仍未恢复至对照组水平。结论心脏起搏治疗可使Ⅲ度AVB患者已升高的血浆BNP浓度明显降低,并与患者血流动力学的恢复改善相一致。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To investigate the influence of pacing on plasma concentrations of brain natriuretic peptide(BNP) in the patients with third-degree atrioventricular block.Methods To measure the plasma concentrations of BNP in the patients with third-degree atrioventricular block and in control group,in the mean time,to compare the changes of concentrations before and after pacing in the patients with third-degree atrioventricular block.The plasma concentrations of BNP were determined with radioimmunoassay.Results The plasma concentration of BNP was significantly higher in the patients with third-degree atrioventricular block than that in control group(P<0.01),the plasma concentrations of BNP was reduced after received temporary cardiac pacing,but still higher than that in control group.Conclusion The plasma concentration of BNP maybe significantly decreases after receiving temporary cardiac pacing in the patients with third-degree atrioventricular block,and is consistent with improvements of haemodynamics.更多还原
