【摘要】 目的探讨利福平防治膀胱癌术后灌注卡介苗(BCG)所致不良反应的疗效。方法对67例膀胱癌患者术后行BCG灌注,随机分成两组,对照组和利福平治疗组,比较两组BCG灌注后各种不良反应发生率的情况。结果治疗组灌注后血尿、发热和膀胱刺激症状发生率明显低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.01)。结论应用利福平可有效预防和减轻膀胱癌患者术后灌注BCG的不良反应。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To investigate the curative effect of Rifampicin on adverse reaction of Bacillus Calmette-Guerin(BCG) after carcinoma of bladder operation.Methods Sixty-seven postoperative patients with bladder cancer were divided into two groups to receive intravesical instillation of BCG,to compare the incidence rate of adverse reaction of the control group and the treatment group(by Rifampicin).Results The incidence rate of adverse reaction of the treatment group reduced significantly compared with control group(P<0.01).Conclusion Rifampicin can prevent and relieve effectively the adverse reaction of intravesical instillation of BCG after bladder cancer operation.更多还原
