超声波和碱联合预处理对畜禽粪便乙醇化的比较研究

【摘要】 以畜禽粪便乙醇化利用为目的,比较超声波与碱联合以及碱预处理对畜禽粪便纤维素还原糖得率的影响,以确定碱以及超声波与碱联合预处理的最佳工艺条件。结果表明:超声波与碱联合预处理畜禽粪便能够强化预处理效果,还原糖得率明显高于碱单独预处理时的得率;同时,超声波与碱联合预处理能够缩短反应时间,减少碱的用量。最佳工艺条件为:500 W超声波联合5%KOH预处理30 m in,能使畜禽粪便的还原糖得率达到21.47%,比5%KOH在温度100℃,单独预处理2 h的得率(17.65%)高3.82%。

【Abstract】 Along with the fast development of large,concentrated animal operations which located at suburb or impacted areas and the limited amount of land available nearby,animal manure has become the main sources of the countryside non-point source pollution currently and restricted the further development of animal industry.However,animal manure is not only the pollution sources,but also the tremendous resource which can be comprehensive utilized.The comparative study of the pretreatment of animal manure by ultrasound-assisted alkali and alkali is conducted for ethanolization utilization.The results show that the use of ultrasound has enhanced the effect of alkali pretreatment,with higher reducing sugar yield of animal manure than that of pretreatment by alkali alone,in addition,decreased the total time of pretreatment and amount of alkali.Much better pretreatment results are achieved under the 500W ultrasonic irradiation assisted 5% KOH for 30 min to obtain 21.47% of reducing sugar yield,which is 3.82% higher than 5% KOH at 100 ℃ for 2 h with 17.65% of reducing sugar yield.
