【摘要】 现代性特指西方理性启蒙运动和现代化历程所形成的文化模式和社会运行机理,现代性的确立与实现的过程就是所谓的现代化过程。苏北经济发展长期滞后,从根本上说是因为缺乏现代性原则的规范,在精神性维度上表现为主体性意识缺乏,在制度性维度上表现为现代性还没有作为理性化制度安排渗透到社会运行的机理中去。因此,要加快像苏北这样的落后地区的现代化进程,必须积极进行现代性的构建:立足现实,强化主体性意识;加快体制改革,促进社会转型;破除城乡二元制结构,推进城乡一体化建设。更多还原

【Abstract】 Modernity means the cultural schemata and mechanisms of social action stemming from the Enlightenment and the modernization process.The establishment and realization of modernity is so-called the process of modernization.The basic reason of the long-term lagging of economic development of Northern Jiangsu is lacking modernity principles,which manifested as deficiency of subjectivity in intellectual dimension and modernity hasn’t been infiltrated into mechanisms of social action as rationalization system in institutional dimension.Therefore,to speed up the process of modernization of backward areas as northern Jiangsu,the construction of modernity must be positively carried out.The main contents are: emphasizing subjectivity according to the reality,accelerating reform of system to promote social transformation,eradicating the dual structure in urban and rural areas to advance the integration of urban and rural construction.更多还原
