熔化工艺对Bi-2212/Ag带材残余AEC相的影响

【摘要】 系统地研究了熔化工艺对Bi-2212/Ag带材中残余AEC相的影响,并在综合考虑2212带材织构和载流性能基础上,提出了有效减少残余AEC相的熔化工艺。熔化温度和时间分别选择890℃和5min,降温速率选在2℃/h,并采用淬火的冷却方式处理带材,这既能减少带材中残余的AEC相量,又能保证2212晶粒的充分织构化。

【Abstract】 Effect of melting process on the amount of (Sr, Ca)-Cu-O (AEC) phases was systematically studied in this paper. An melting process to eliminate effectively AEC phases was put forward based on the consideration of the texture of 2212 grains and transport performance synthetically. The process, which was that the tapes were melted at 890 ℃ for 5 min, and then cooled down by 2 ℃ /h, finally quenched, can obtain well-textured Bi-2212 grains with few AEC phases.
