溶胶-凝胶法引入添加剂制备低温烧结CaO-MgO-SiO2微波陶瓷

【摘要】 采用溶胶-凝胶法引入烧结助剂制备了低温烧结CaO-MgO-SiO2微波陶瓷,研究了材料烧结性能和介电性能。研究表明:当总金属离子与柠檬酸的摩尔比为1:3时,可形成澄清透明Li2O-V2O5溶胶,Li2O-V2O5在CaO-MgO-SiO2粉体表面形成均质凝胶。凝胶体在750℃热处理所得粉体在84-900℃致密烧结,与固相法引入烧结助剂相比,粉体具有的较宽的烧结温度范围。烧结后陶瓷具有更高的相对密度和Qf值。在880℃保温2 h烧结试样的介电性能:εr=6.96,Qf=35690 GHz。

【Abstract】 The preparation, sintering and dielectric properties of the low-temperature sintered CaO-MgO-SiO2 microwave ceramics doped with additives by so-gel were investigated. When the mole ratio of total metal ion and citric acid was 1:3, U2O-V2O5 formed transparent sol. The surface of CaO-MgO-SiO: ceramic powders was uniformly covered by Li2O-V2O5 gel. The samples prepared from the powders that were obtained by calcining the gel at 750℃ could be sintered densely at 840-900℃. The ceramic prepared by sol-gel method had broader range of sintering temperature, higher density and Qf value compared with those prepared by conventional solid-state method. Specimens sintered at 880℃ for 2 h have the dielectric properties: εr=6.96, Qf=35690 GHz.
