近零膨胀ZrW2O8/ZrO2(Al2O3)复合材料的制备与性能
Preparation and Properties of ZrW2O8/ZrO2(Al2O3) Composite with Near Zero Thermal Expansion
【摘要】 采用分步固相法合成ZrW2O8粉体,并制备出ZrW2O8/ZrO2(Al2O3)复合材料。所制备的复合材料呈近零膨胀特性,其热膨胀系数为0.48×10-6K-1。Al2O3的添加,生成新相Al2(WO4)3,提高了复合材料的致密度,而对其近零膨胀影响不大。ZrW2O8/ZrO2复合材料的导热系数为1.42 W·(m·K)-1。体积电阻率测试结果表明,在200℃以下,复合材料呈良好的绝缘性能;在200℃以上,复合材料的体积电阻率随着温度的升高而降低。
【Abstract】 ZrW2O8 powders were synthesized via substep solid state reaction.Furthermore,ZrW2O8/ZrO2(Al2O3) composites were prepared by sintering.ZrW2O8/ZrO2 composite shows near zero thermal expansion.Its coefficient of thermal expansion is 0.48×l0-6 K-1.Al2(WO4)3 was formed by adding Al2O3 in ZrW2O8/ZrO2 composite.It improves the density of composite,but has little effect on the near zero thermal expansion of the composites.The coefficient of heat conductivity of ZrW2O8/ZrO2 composite is 1.42 W·(m·K)-1.The volume resistivity measurement results show that the composites are insulators below 200℃.The volume resistivities of composites show a clear temperature dependence over 200℃.It decreases with increasing of temperature.
