Cr0.8Fe1.2O3NTC热敏电阻制备及性能研究
The Preparation and Properties of the Thermistor Cr0.8Fe1.2O3 NTC
【摘要】 研究了用Fe2O3和Cr2O3粉末制备Cr0.8 Fe1.2O3工艺及Cr0.8Fe1.2O3负温度系数的热敏材料及其性能。通过XRD,SEM和测量温度电阻性能考察了Cr0.8Fe1.2O3的相组成,微观组织和温度电阻性能。结果表明:在1300℃按一定化学配比的Fe2O3和Cr2O3粉末烧结制备出的具有单斜结构的Cr0.8Fe1.2O3。Cr0.8Fe1.2O3在使用的温度范围内(150~450℃)是一种稳定的材料。这种热敏材料在很宽的温度范围内具有负温度系数的特征。
【Abstract】 The thermistor Cr0.8Fe1.2O3 of negative temperature coefficient(NTC)was fabricated from Fe2O3 and Cr2O3.The phase, microstructure and electrical properties of it were studied by XRD,SEM and temperature resistance.The sample obtained at 1300℃had the single rhombohedral phase Cr0.8Fe1.2O3 which was stable up to 450℃.The material showed negative temperature coefficient over wide range of temperatures(150450℃).The thermistor constant value B was 3606 K.and the activation energy was 0.317 eV
