微量Ce对AgCuNi合金电接触性能的影响
Effect of Trace Cerium on the Electrical Contact Properties of AgCuNi Alloy
【摘要】 利用电性能模拟试验机、扫描电镜(SEM)、DT-100型天平等实验设备,研究微量稀土Ce对AgCuNi合金的接触电阻、燃弧能量、表面侵蚀形貌特征和电寿命的影响。结果表明,添加微量Ce的AgCuNi合金接触电阻低而稳定、抗电弧侵蚀性能好、质量损耗小、电寿命长,是一种电接触性能优异的新型触头材料。
【Abstract】 The effects of trace Ce on the contact resistance, arcing energy, arc-erosion morphology and electrical endurance of AgCuNi Alloy are studied by electrical simulating experiment machine, SEM and DT-100 typed single pan balance etc. The results show that the AgCuNiCe alloy has lower and stable contact resistance, better arc-erosion resistance, lower material loss and longer electrical endurance, which indicates the AgCuNiCe alloy is a high performance contact materials.
