半导体ZnO亚微米钉的合成与表征
Preparation and Characterization of Semiconductor ZnO Submicron Nails
【摘要】 使用热蒸发法合成了一种亚微米级的钉状结构ZnO。扫描电镜和X射线衍射分析表明:使用这种方法合成的钉状ZnO具有六方纤锌矿结构;ZnO亚微米钉结构的杆部直径范围在200~400nm之间,底座部分的直径一般大于400nm,有些甚至大到微米级;由于没有使用催化剂,因此推测这种ZnO亚微米钉的生长过程很可能遵循气-固生长机制。此外,还研究了这种ZnO亚微米钉结构的发光特性。
【Abstract】 A novel nail-like ZnO nanostructure was synthesized by a simple chemical vapor deposition process at a suitable temperature.Scanning electron microscopy(SEM)and X-ray diffraction(XRD)analyses demonstrate that the ZnO nanostructure consists of sub-micrometer sized wide base and narrow rod body,all with a hexagonal wurtzite single crystal structure.The sub-micrometer sized ZnO nails grow along c-axis.The rod body has an average length of several micrometers,diameter of 200~400 nm.The base exhibits the diameter and thickness of several micrometers.Based on the obtained experimental results,we suggest that the single crystalline ZnO sub-micronails follows the well-known vapor liquid(VS)growth mechanism.Photoluminescence of as-grown ZnO submicron nails is also detected.
