污水厌氧处理过程DCS控制系统设计
A design for DCS system in anaerobic wastewater treatment processes
【摘要】 在对典型的污水厌氧处理工艺分析的基础上,设计了一套基于西门子PCS7开发平台的污水厌氧处理过程DCS控制系统。采用专家前馈+反馈控制来调节调制池污水pH值,采用比值算法来控制营养物质投加量。
【Abstract】 After analyzing the process of typical systems in anaerobic wastewater treatment, a DCS based on siemens PCS7 platform was designed.The strategy based on expert feedforward and feedback control was applied to control the pH value of the wastewater in conditioning tank,and the ratio algorithm was applied to control the nutrition dosing. The operating results indicate that this system is effective and reliable.
