【摘要】 倾销作为一种经济现象,不仅会给进口国的同类产品生产企业带来损害,也会对其相关利害关系方产生影响,而在目前的反倾销实践过程中,调查机关往往忽视调查这一影响。基于此,从价值链的角度出发,构造了反倾销国内产业的三维价值链体系,并评价了反倾销对整个国内产业的价值链体系所造成的影响,旨在为我国的反倾销实践提供参考。更多还原

【Abstract】 Anti-dumping is a commercial tool commonly used in the world.It is used to protect the native industries and prevent from the unfair competitions.While the Anti-dumping is more and more popular all over the world,the problem of the abuse of anti-dumping has become the focus of public attention.On one hand,anti-dumping can protect the native industries;on the other hand,it may have negative effect on other industries related.This fact is always omitted in the practice of anti-dumping cases.Hence,we point out that it is necessary to think about the anti-dumping comprehensively and analyze the situation carefully.更多还原
