【摘要】 综述了国内外表征碳分子筛(CMS)微结构包括微孔结构、表面形态与形貌的主要方法。详细介绍了表征CMS微孔结构所借助的主要吸附理论模型的特点及其在解析CMS微孔结构的应用情况,分析了各种模型的优势与不足。同时,还对红外光谱、X射线衍射与扫描电子显微镜技术在CMS表面形态及形貌表征的的应用进行了讨论。

【Abstract】 The characterization methods for the microstructure,including micropore structure,surface morphology and topography of carbon molecular sieves(CMS),were reviewed in this paper.The features of the main adsorption theory model used to characterize the micropores of CMS were introduced in detail,and the advantages and the existing deficiencies of these models were analyzed.The applications of infrared absorption spectroscopy(IR),x-ray diffraction(XRD) and scanning electron microscopy(SEM) for surface morphology and topography characterization were also discussed.
