【摘要】 在评价国产膨体聚四氟乙烯的细胞毒性和预处理方法的优劣的基础上,寻找国产替代材料,并比较国产膨体聚四氟乙烯与进口材料的细胞毒性。采用MTT(四甲基偶氮唑蓝)法检测经过不同方法预处理的国产膨体聚四氟乙烯和进口材料的细胞毒性,按细胞毒性分级的国家标准对其进行分级,评价其细胞毒性。结果表明,以上各组材料毒性级别均为1级,即无细胞毒性。国产膨体聚四氟乙烯具有良好的细胞相容性,以高锰酸钾溶液进行预处理可获得最佳效果。更多还原

【Abstract】 The cytotoxicity and pretreatment methods of expanded polytetrafluoroethylene made in China were evaluated,and the cytotoxicity of imported polytetrafluoroethylene with that of home made was compared.MTT assay has been used for the quantitative measurement of cytotoxicity of expanded polytetrafluoroethylene made in china after its pretreatments,and grades have been determined according to the Chinese national standard.The result show that the cytotoxicity of the expanded polytetrafluoroethylene made in china and imported is grade 1.The expanded polytetrafluoroethylene made in china has good cell-compatibility and the pretreatment method used potassium permanganate has the best effect.更多还原
