肽自组装纳米材料的研究进展
Research Progress on the Nanomaterial from the Self-assembling Peptides
【摘要】 近年来,多肽分子自组装作为合成一系列新型纳米材料的有效途径受到了广泛关注和研究。通过分子自组装,多肽分子可结合成具有不同功能的蛋白质分子,从而可进一步设计成具有特殊结构和功能的纳米材料,在仿生医学、组织工程、药物缓释及生物材料表面工程等方面有着巨大的应用潜力。本文主要综述了肽自组装纳米材料的研究现状与制备方法。
【Abstract】 Peptide self-assembling is an attractive field due to the fact that it is an effective method to obtain new nanomaterials. Through the molecular self-assembling, the molecules of peptides combine with each other to form proteins with different functions, and so the peptides are able to form the nanomaterials with various structures and functions, which can be applied in the bionic medicine, tissue engineering, drug delivery, biological surface engineering, etc. In this paper, we reviewed the current status and research progress related on the peptide self-assembling and the nanomaterials.
