电弧放电制备氮和金属元素掺杂的碳纳米颗粒
Preparation of Nitrogen and Metal-doped Carbon Nanoparticles by DC arc Discharge under High Temperature of Nitrogen
【摘要】 在进气口氮气为800℃条件下,采用直流电弧放电方法制备了具有特殊结构的掺杂氮和金属元素的碳纳米颗粒(CNPs)。高分辨透射电镜(HRTEM)表征结果显示,此种CNPs中有许多弯弯曲曲的空隙或孔道,整体犹如缠绕的线团。实验发现这种CNPs在乙醇、丙酮以及蒸馏水中均可以形成稳定的悬浮液(浓度小于0.5wt%);在蒸馏水中形成的悬浮液的电导率随温度升高而增加的趋势明显增强。
【Abstract】 The nitrogen and metal-doped carbon nanoparticles(CNPs)with a special structure were prepared by DC arc discharge in the nitrogen atmosphere of 800℃.The high resolution transmission electron microscope(HRTEM)measurements show that the CNPs,obtained from the inner wall of the large cooling copper pipe inside the DC arc discharge chamber,contain many short,narrow,and zigzag interspaces or cavums.After being calcined for 2h at 600℃ in air atmosphere,the CNPs were transformed into the nano-crystalline particles.We found that this kind of CNPs could form the stable suspensions(CNPs content<0.5 wt.%)in the solvents of acetone,ethanol,and distilled water,respectively.The conductance of suspension of CNPs in the distilled water increases faster than that of distilled water with the increase of temperature.
