水热熟化对Fe3O4纳米颗粒性能的影响

【摘要】 采用共沉淀法制备纳米Fe3O4,并采用水热处理方式使其熟化。利用X射线衍射仪(XRD)、透射电镜(TEM)、振动样品磁强计(VSM)对Fe3O4进行表征。XRD结果表明,所制得的Fe3O4成分均一;通过TEM照片可以看出,熟化后颗粒结晶度提高,颗粒尺寸在20nm左右;磁化曲线表明经水热熟化后,Fe3O4磁性能有明显提高。

【Abstract】 Magnetic Fe3O4 nanoparticles prepared by the method of coprecipitation were aged by hydrothermal treatment,and charaterized by X-ray diffractometer(XRD),Transmission Electron Microscope(TEM) and Vibrating Sample Magnetometer(VSM).XRD patterns and TEM images respectively showed that the constituent was pure phase of Fe3O4 and the crystallinity got improved after aging.The mean size of the particles was found to be about 20nm.It could be seen from the magnetic hysteresis loops that the magnetic properties of Fe3O4 nanoparticles improved after hydrothermal aging.
