生物医用β型Ti-Nb-Ta-Zr系合金的研究进展

【摘要】 生物医用β型Ti-Nb-Ta-Zr系合金具有良好的生物相容性、抗蚀性、高的机械强度和疲劳强度、较低的弹性模量和密度及良好的耐磨性,是一种很有发展前途的外科植入用钛合金。重点介绍了该系中的两种重要合金Ti-35Nb-5Ta-7Zr(美国)和Ti-29Nb-13Ta-4.6Zr(日本)合金的研究现状及进展,并指出了该系合金今后的研究方向。

【Abstract】 Theβ-type Ti-Nb-Ta-Zr alloys have excellent biocompatibility,together with other excellent properties, such as corrosion resistance,high mechanical strength and fatigue strength,low elastic modulus and low density and good wear resistance.So the alloys of this type are considered to be the promising candidates for orthopaedic implants. In this paper,the current research progress in Ti-35Nb-5Ta-7Zr and Ti-29Nb-13Ta-4.6Zr alloys,which are typicalβ-type Ti-Nb-Ta-Zr alloys developed in USA and in Japan respectively,is reviewed and their application prospects and research directions are discussed.
