冷拉珠光体钢丝的加工硬化及组织性能演变研究现状
Research Present Situation of Work-hardening and Evolution of Microstructure and Mechanical Properties of Cold Drawing Pearlitic Steel Wires
【摘要】 综述了现今大塑性变形技术的工艺方法,分析了冷拉珠光体钢丝的研究方法、加工硬化及组织性能演变,重点研究了剧烈冷拉塑性变形珠光体钢丝的加工硬化机制、渗碳体的强制溶解机制及应变时效对其性能产生的影响。
【Abstract】 The current several severe plastic deformation techniques are reviewed in this paper.The investigation methods,work-hardening,and evolution of microstructure and mechanial properties of cold drawing pearlitic steel wires are analyzed.The mechanism of work-hardening,the cementitle dissolution in severely cold drawing plastic deformation pearlitic steel wire,and the effect of strain ageing are studied mostly.
