二氧化钛可见光光催化技术研究进展
Research Progress in Titanium Dioxide Visible-light Photocatalytic Technology
【摘要】 目前对TiO2可见光化的研究已取得一定进展,金属离子掺杂、非金属离子掺杂、染料光敏化、贵金属沉积和复合半导体以及离子注入等方法都不同程度地实现了TiO2可见光化。综述了TiO2可见光化改性技术目前的新进展,并展望了今后的研究方向。
【Abstract】 Recently,the research progress has been made in the area of extending the light absorption of titania into visible-light region by metal cation doping,metalloid anion doping,photosensitization,noble metal loading, composite semiconductors and ionimplantation.The latest modification technology progress in titanium dioxide visible-light photocatalysis is introduced,and further research directions are also pointed out in this paper.
