纳米Fe3O4磁性粒子的制备及其在生物医学中的应用
Preparation and Application of Magnetic Fe3O4 Nanoparticles in Biomedicine
【摘要】 综述了近年来磁性纳米Fe3O4的多种制备方法:化学共沉淀法、沉淀氧化法、水热法、微乳液法、溶胶-凝胶法、机械研磨法和高温分解法。由于化学共沉淀法是制备纳米Fe3O4铁粒子最常用的方法,所以特别对此方法的反应机理做了详细阐述。介绍了磁性纳米Fe3O4在生物医学方面的具体应用并展望了其今后的发展方向。
【Abstract】 The present research status and latest achievements of the preparation methods of nano-sized Fe3O4 particles,including co-precipitation method,hydrothermal method,microemulsion method,sol-gel method,high-temperature heat decomposition method etc.are summarized,and the reaction mechanism of co-precipitation is described in detail. Furthermore,the specific application of magnetic Fe3O4 nanoparticles in biomedicine is introduced.Finally,its further development direction is put forward.
