【摘要】 采用固相反应合成了YBaCo4O7-x致密透氧膜材料,并对其进行了XRD分析和热重-差式扫描量热分析。用稳态法测量了在400℃以下的透氧率,在得到YBaCo4O7-x的透氧率随厚度变化的曲线后发现,在实验的膜厚范围内,透氧率受体相扩散所控制。最后测量了它在较高温度下的透氧率,结果表明在900℃时远远高于400℃左右的透氧率,接近于它们的5~8倍。

【Abstract】 In this paper,dense oxygen permeable membranes YBaCo4O7-x are prepared by solid-state reaction. The samples are measured by the XRD patterns and TG-DSC analysis.Experimental oxygen permeabilities of YBaCo4O7-x below 400℃are obtained by steady-state method.It is found that in the range of experimental thickness,the oxygen permeability is controlled by bulk-phase diffusioa The oxygen permeability is measured at the high temperature, too.The results show that the oxygen permeability at 900℃is far higher than at about 400℃.close to their 58 times.
