高度有序TiO2纳米管的制备
Preparation of High-ordered TiO2 Nanotube Arrays
【摘要】 采用电化学阳极氧化法制备高度有序的TiO2纳米管。通过控制不同的阳极氧化电压及电解液,得到形貌不同的TiO2纳米管。最长的TiO2纳米管达60μm,长径比为600。采用SEM对样品进行了表征。
【Abstract】 High-ordered TiO2 nanotube arrays are fabricated by anodic oxidation of pure titanium substrate. Different morphological nanotubes of titania are obtained through controlling the different anodization voltages and electrolyte. The length of the longest nanotubes is approximately 60μm and the length-to-width aspect ratio is about 600. The samples are characterized by SEM.
