凝胶注模用高性能微米-纳米晶须氮化硅料浆的制备研究
Research on Preparation of High Performance Silicon Nitride Slurry with Micron and Nanometer Whiskers for Gel Casting
【摘要】 首次采用PEG400为增润剂,制备了固相体积含量高达60%、粘度低于1Pa·s、具有良好分散性的微米-纳米晶须氮化硅料浆,用于凝胶注模成型。考察了增润剂在微米-纳米晶须氮化硅凝胶注模体系中对料浆粘度以及稳定性的作用。通过测量增润剂在颗粒表面的接触角表征其润湿性,测定了增润剂在颗粒表面的吸附等温线表征其吸附特性,进而探讨了其润湿机理。增润剂作为表面活性剂,吸附于颗粒表面,从而提高颗粒与水介质的相容性,起到了增润作用。
【Abstract】 The silicon nitride slurry with micron-nanometer whishers with high solid loading of 60vol%,viscosity lower than 1 Pa·s,and optimal dispersion stability is prepared using PEG400 as wetting reagent for gel casting. The effect of wetting reagent on the viscosity and dispersion stability is researched in the silicon nitride slurry with micro -nanometer whiskers for gel casting.The wetting ability is characterized by the contact angle of PEG400 on particles. The adsorption characteristic is examined by measuring absorption isotherms of PEG400 on the particle surface. The mechanism of wetting process is discussed.The wetting reagent is adsorbed on the particle surface to optimize the compatibility of particle and liquid medium and improve the wetting ability of particles.
