基于聚(甲基丙烯酸甲酯-丙烯腈)凝胶电解质的准固态染料敏化太阳能电池
Quasi-solid State Dye Sensitized Solar Cell-based on Novel Gel Polymer Electrolyte with Poly(methyl methacrylate-co-acrylonitrile)
【摘要】 以聚(甲基丙烯酸甲酯-丙烯腈)共聚物为凝胶电解质基体,取代传统的液体电解质制备准固态染料太阳能电池。该太阳能电池表现出了较好的光电性能,经过优化后,这种凝胶电解质的最高室温电导率可达到4.38mS.cm-1。该电解质组装的太阳能电池在100mW/cm2(AM1.5)的模拟光照下,短路电流、开路电压、填充因子、光电转换效率分别为:12.6mA.cm-2、750mV、0.53、5.02%。
【Abstract】 A novel quasi-solid state gel polymer dye sensitized solar cell on gel polymer electrolyte with poly(methyl methacrylate-co-acrylonitrile)P(MMA-co-AN)polyblend replacing conventional liquid electrolyte is prepared.The quasi solid state cell exhibits an optimum photo-eletrochemical behavior.The polymer gel electrolyte with 15wt% polyblend in the organic solvent containing iodide/triiodide(I-/I3-)redox couple achieves the highest ionic conductivity of 4.38 mS/cm under the ambient atmosphere.The optimized quasi solid state cell shows the values of 12.6mA /cm2 for short current photocurrent density,750mV for open circuit,5.02% for photoenergy conversion efficiency,and 0.53 for fill factor under simulated solar irradiation(100mW/cm2,standard AM1.5).
