Ce1-xPrxO2红色稀土陶瓷颜料的研究
Research on Ce1-xPrxO2 Rare Earth Red Ceramic Pigments
【摘要】 以Ce1-xPrxO2作为一种新型环保陶瓷颜料,因其具有耐高温、低毒性、呈色范围广等特点而成为有毒红色陶瓷颜料的良好替代产品。首先对Ce1-xPrxO2的呈色机理进行了分析,介绍了低温燃烧-水热法、共沉淀-水热法及微乳液法合成Ce1-xPrxO2陶瓷颜料的新思路,并讨论了稀土元素掺杂陶瓷颜料合成工艺的发展趋势。
【Abstract】 Ce1-xPrxO2 based red pigments become a new kind of environment-friendly ceramic pigment with so many virtues.In this paper,the coloring mechanism of Ce1-xPrxO2 is discussed.The new preparation processes such as low temperature combustion & hydrothermal synthesis,co-precipitation & hydrothermal synthesis and microemulsion method of Ce1-xPrxO2 pigments are reviewed,and the development tendency of the synthesis process of rare earth doped caramic pigments is prospected at the end of the paper.
