【Abstract】 Ce1-xPrxO2 based red pigments become a new kind of environment-friendly ceramic pigment with so many virtues.In this paper,the coloring mechanism of Ce1-xPrxO2 is discussed.The new preparation processes such as low temperature combustion & hydrothermal synthesis,co-precipitation & hydrothermal synthesis and microemulsion method of Ce1-xPrxO2 pigments are reviewed,and the development tendency of the synthesis process of rare earth doped caramic pigments is prospected at the end of the paper.更多还原
