NIPA系温敏凝胶结构改性及性能研究进展

【摘要】 N-异丙基丙烯酰胺(NIPA)同时具有亲水性的酰胺基和疏水性的异丙基,使其系列聚合物具有优良的温敏智能特性和记忆效应,目前已广泛应用于药物缓释、物料分离、免疫分析、酶的固定等领域。聚合类型、多孔结构、尺寸大小、溶剂种类、工艺条件等因素对凝胶的温敏性能影响极大,为了改善凝胶性能,近年来,研究者们在这几个方面做了大量研究工作。对NIPA系温敏凝胶结构改性及温敏性能的研究进展进行了全面综述,介绍了相关机理并提出未来的发展方向。

【Abstract】 N-isopropylacrylamide,which has both hydrophilic acylamino and hydrophobic isopropyl,receives much concern in recent years due to its polymers showing favorable thermosensitivity and memory effect.It has been used extensively in drug delivery,material separation,enzyme immobilization and immunoanalysis.The main influencing factors to its thermosensitivity are types of polymerization,porous structures,size,solvents and process conditions.Recently many research works have been done in improving the performance of traditional hydrogels.In this paper an overview of the research progress in the mechanism,the structural modification and the performance research of NIPA series thermosensitive hydrogels is presented.The research directions for future are also pointed out.
