Fe对高铝青铜摩擦磨损性能的影响
Effect of Fe on Wear-Friction Properties of High Aluminum Bronze
【摘要】 利用合金化的方法、电子探针、扫描电镜、RFT-Ⅲ往复实验机研究了Fe元素对新型铝青铜Cu-14Al-X合金机械性能摩擦磨损性能的影响。结果表明,增加Fe含量合金中形成弥散分布的[Fe,Mn]AlK相组织,细化合金组织,增加合金硬度和耐磨性。当Fe含量为4%时合金综合力学性能及耐磨性最好,当Fe含量超过4%时,合金的耐磨性下降。
【Abstract】 The effect of Fe element content on the mechanical properties and friction-wear performances of new wear-resisting aluminium-bronze is studied with making use of alloying method,EPMA,JSM and RFT-Ⅲ friction machine. The results show that along with the raising content of Fe alloy’s interior formated dispersed [Fe, Mn]Al K-alloy refinement, it will increase alloy hardness and wear resistance. When the Fe content is 4%, the alloy′s mechanical properties and wear resistance are the best, but when the Fe content is over 4%, the wear resistance of the alloy declines.
