壳聚糖膜低温等离子体接枝聚合乙烯吡咯烷酮的表面性能研究
Study of Surface Property of Chitosan Film Graft Polymerized with NVP via Low Temperature Plasma
【摘要】 利用低温等离子体对壳聚糖膜进行预处理后,引发N-乙烯基吡咯烷酮(NVP)在膜上接枝聚合。接枝膜的红外光谱在1650cm-1处出现了NVP五元环上的-CON特征吸收峰,证实了接枝反应的发生;扫描电镜观察表明接枝反应使膜的表面粗糙度增加;接触角测定显示接枝膜的表面水接触角由110°减少到65°,并能长时间保持稳定;3T3成纤维细胞培养结果表明接枝后壳聚糖膜的细胞亲和性得到一定的改善。
【Abstract】 After pre-treated by low-temperature plasma,N-vinyl-2-pyrrolidone(NVP)is graft polymerized onto chitosan film.The character peak at 1650cm-1,which may be due to the extent of-CON of five member ring, proves that NVP is induced onto chitosan film successfully.The SEM shows that the roughness is increased after graft- ing.The water contact angle is decreased from 110°to 65°and can keep stable for a long time.The 3T3 fibroblast incu- bation indicates that the celluar affinity is improved to a certain extent after modification.
