日本三价铬电镀技术的发展状况

【摘要】 描述了日本三价铬电镀技术的发展状况,介绍了日本自引入Alecra-3工艺以来,在电镀液组成、电镀工艺和阳极等各方面进行的改进,如采用了新的离子交换树脂净化电镀液,对产品的氢脆、抗蚀性和镀液不稳定的因素等进行了详细研究,并提出了今后进一步研究的方向。目前日本已将该工艺应用于汽车、手机零部件生产上。

【Abstract】 A review was provided of the current status and development trend of trivalent chromium electroplating in Japan.The modifications to electroplating hath composition, electroplating process, and selection of anodic materials after the introduction of Alecre-3 process into Japan in 1975 were summarized.And the adoption of novel ion exchange resins for removing impurities in plating solution and detailed studies on hydrogen embrittlement and corrosion resistance of the electroplated and factors lowering stability of the plating bathy were highlighted.It was pointed out that trivalent Cr electroplating had been used in the production of parts of mobile phones and automotives.Moreover, some suggestions were also given with respect to future directions.
