汽车镀锌钢板泥浆附着的腐蚀行为与机理

【摘要】 为了提高汽车用热浸镀锌钢板的质量,防止泥浆附着腐蚀,延长其服役寿命,对镀锌钢板和基材进行了泥浆附着试验。采用SEM观察微观腐蚀形貌,以XRD分析产物成分,通过阻抗谱分析等技术研究了其腐蚀行为和腐蚀机理。结果表明:腐蚀初期,腐蚀速度逐渐加快,锈层厚度不断增大,锈层成分和厚度对镀锌钢板的腐蚀速度影响很大;镀锌钢板、基材的锈层电阻和电荷转移电阻都呈现先增后减的变化趋势;泥浆中的溶氧量和较高的Cl-含量对腐蚀速度都有很大的影响。

【Abstract】 The corrosion behavior and mechanism of galvanized auto steel sheet by adhesion of mud were investigated and compared with those of substrate by means of scanning electron microscopy (SEM) , X-ray diffraction (XRD) , and electrochemical impedance spectroscopy (EIS).Results showed that the thickness of rust increased gradually with the acceleration of corrosion rate in the initial period of corrosion, and the corrosion rate was highly dependent on the composition and thickness of the rust layer.Moreover , both the rust resistance and electric charge transfer resistance of the galvanized steel sheet and substrate sheet increased first and then decreased.The contents of dissolved oxygen and relatively high Cl- in mud had great influence on the corrosion rate of specimens.
