锌镀层加速腐蚀过程的监测分析
Monitoring and Analysis of Accelerated Corrosion Test of Zinc Plating
【摘要】 研究了锌镀层的加速腐蚀过程并对其监测、分析,采用数值方法模拟其腐蚀变化规律,比较了几种数学模型模拟预测腐蚀过程的发展趋势。结果表明:采用数学模型d=AtBe(C/t)对试验所用加速腐蚀介质条件下的锌镀层腐蚀过程进行数值模拟更为适宜。
【Abstract】 The accelerated corrosion test of zinc plating was monitored and analyzed,and the process of corrosion was fitted using numerical method.Thus several mathematical models were used to simulate the variations in the corrosion and forecast the corrosion trend as well.It was found that the mathematical model d = AtBe(C/t)could be well used to simulate the corrosion process of the Zn plating under accelerated corrosive medium conditions.
