藜蒿丛生芽诱导条件的筛选试验

【摘要】 利用正交试验设计方法探讨了6-BA、NAA、2,4-D和蔗糖对藜蒿丛生芽诱导的影响。试验结果表明,6-BA与蔗糖的浓度对藜蒿丛生芽诱导的影响最大,高浓度的2,4-D对于愈伤组织的诱导和增殖具有良好的促进作用,但对芽的分化有抑制作用。筛选出的藜蒿丛生芽诱导的最适培养基为MS+2.0mg/L6-BA+1.5mg/LNAA+蔗糖25g/L+0.7%琼脂,并获得移栽成活的植株。

【Abstract】 The effect of plant growth regulators including 6-BA, NAA, 2,4-D and sucrose on inducing multiple buds of Artemisia selengensis Turcz. was studied using an orthogonal experimental design. The results showed that the most important factor affecting multiple buds was the ratio of 6-BA and NAA, high 2,4-D concentration was helpful for propagation of callus and wasn’t favourable for differentiation of shoot. The best medium inducing multiple buds of Artemisia selengensis Turcz. was MS+6-BA2.0 mg/L+NAA 1.5 mg/L+sucrose 25.0 g/L. And many regeneration plantlets were obtained.
