硬果型耐贮运番茄郑大501的选育

【摘要】 利用从荷兰引进的早熟红果和美国引进品种"尼加拉"为材料经超低能离子束诱变,后代进行株系选择,有效地将生长势强、抗病、果肉硬、果皮厚的性状转育到稳定株系P068和T119,并以此作母本、父本,配成杂交组合H406。经组合力测定、生产性试验和各地试种示范,选育出了高抗TMV、叶霉病、灰霉病等病害的优质、硬果型耐贮运番茄新一代杂交种郑大501。

【Abstract】 As the original materials,an early-mature tomato fruit cultivay from Netherlands and American cultivar Niagara were irradiated by low-energy ion beams.And the progeny P068 and T119 with strong growth,pathogen-resistance,hard pulp and thick pericarp as well,were selected and stabilized.Subsequently,a new hybrid combination H406 was developed by crossing P068 as fe- male with T119 as male.After combination ability analysis,yield potential trial and regional trial,a new hybrid F1 Zhengda No.501 with hard fruit tolerant to storage was successfully developed.Furthermore,it is highly resistant to TMV (tobacco mosaic virus) dis- ease,leaf mold and gray mold.
