【Abstract】 The new hot pepper cultivar Zhengjiao No.505 is middle maturity. The fruit is wide horn-like, deep green, moderate pungency, of excellent quality, 5～18 cm long, 6～7 cm wide, 125～167 g weighty, and has pulp of 0.4 cm deep,and vitamin C of 113 mg/100 g. It yields 4 270.26 kg/667 m2. It is high resistant to capsicum blight, tobacco mosaic virus (TMV) diseases,capsicum anthracnose,and strong adaptability.
