聚能射孔弹的正交试验方法
Orthogonal Experimental Means of Perforating Charge
【摘要】 在聚能射孔弹的研究中应用正交试验方法,以确定聚能射孔弹各结构因素对性能的影响及主要因素的交互作用对性能的影响。选择药型罩锥角、药型罩壁厚、装药结构、壳体厚4个对射孔弹穿深有主要影响的参数,用L8(27)正交试验表设计了4因素2水平的正交试验方案。分析试验数据得出了各因素及交互作用对射孔弹性能的影响程度,罩锥角(A)对射孔弹穿深的影响最大,为首要因素;罩壁厚(B)及装药结构(C)对射孔弹穿深的影响很大,为次要因素;A×B交互作用对射孔弹穿深的影响较大,大于壳体厚(D)的影响;得出了A1B2C2D2为最优方案,并得到了试验验证。
【Abstract】 The orthogonal experimental means is used in the study of perforating charge to determine the influence of various structural factors and orthogonal working of main factors on the charge performance.Four parameters affecting penetration length of shaped charge are cone angle,wall thickness of shaped charge liner,shaped charge structure and casing thickness.The 4-factor and 2-level orthogonal experiment plan was obtained using L8(27)orthogonal experiment table.The affecting degrees of various factors and their interactive influences on the performance of shaped charge were acquired after analyzing experimental results.The experimental results show that the cone angle(A) is the first affecting factor on the penetration length,the wall thickness of shaped charge liner(B) and shaped charge structure(C) is the second,A×B interaction is the third and casing thickness(D) is the fourth;at last,optimized project A1B2C2D2 was obtained,which was also verified in the experiment.
