水深和基质对鄱阳湖刺苦草冬芽分布的影响

【摘要】 以鄱阳湖自然保护区的3个子湖(蚌湖、象湖和大湖池)的刺苦草(Vallisneria spinulosa Yan)冬芽为调查对象,了解水深和基质对刺苦草冬芽在自然种群中的分布影响。调查结果显示,不同水深的蚌湖、象湖和大湖池刺苦草冬芽平均密度分别为(179±75.5)个/m2、(97±51.3)个/m2、(41±28.33)个/m2,3个湖泊刺苦草冬芽平均生物量(干重)分别为(24.06±9.35)g/m2、(12.82±8.86)g/m2、(7.06±5.12)g/m2,这些显著性差异与生境的水深具有负相关性;同时刺苦草的冬芽主要分布在10~20cm土层内,20~30cm土层内分布最少;通过土壤质地分析发现冬芽更易在粉砂型土壤基质中形成,有机质含量高的基质对冬芽形成具有抑制作用。

【Abstract】 In order to understand characteristics ofdistribution in winter buds of Vallisneria spinulosa Yan natural populations to water-level fluctuations and different substrate types, the biomass and quantity of winter buds of V. spinulosa were investigated in Banghu Lake,Xianghu Lake and Dahuchi Lake which are located in Poyang Lake nature sanctuary.The results showed that the average density of the living winter buds in Banghu Lake,Xianghu Lake and Dahuchi Lake was (179±75.5),(97±51.3) and (41±28.33) per square meter,respectively,and its average weight was (24.06±9.35) g DW,(12.82±8.86) g DW,(7.06±5.12) g DW per square meter,respectively.Those significant differences displayed a fairly contrasting correlation with the water depth in different habitats.The majority of winter buds in V.spinulosa were distributed in 10~20 cm sediment depth,less in 20~30 cm sediment depth.The results about soil character and nutrition showed that winter bud formation in V.spinulosa was easily found in powder-sand sediment type and inhibited from highly organic sediments.
