【Abstract】 The lawsuit of the public benefit is becoming a brand-new hot topic in both jurisdiction and law.The thesis takes the law,the social benefits and the litigation fulfillment as basis,analyzes the feasibility of constituting the environmental public benefit suit.And it also puts forward some opinions on some problems,such as the plaintiff’s qualifications,the types of the lawsuits,the compensation,the responsibility of prosecution and so on,which should be paid close attention to.Hope this thesis can be somewhat helpful.更多还原
