【Abstract】 Starting from the cultivation actuality of engineering students, this article formulated reform scheme by analyzing disadvantages of our school’s existing organization establishment.Sharing platform was constructed on the basis of organization reform, then opened systematically and normatively.Based on various platforms for academic exchange, scientific research, research training, subject contest and so on.Transformation of personnel training mode was explored by following market demand, in order to promote the cultivation of innovative talents on model of sci-tech and education combination.更多还原
