一种有机硅季铵盐抗菌剂的合成和性能
Synthesis of a polisilicone quaternary ammonium salt as antibacterial agent and its properties
【摘要】 利用γ-氯丙基三甲氧基硅烷(CTS)与N,N-二甲基十二烷基胺(DDA)反应,合成了N,N-二甲基-N-十二烷基氨丙基三甲氧基硅烷氯化铵(DDATAC)。研究了原料配比、反应温度和溶剂等因素对DDATAC收率的影响。较佳反应条件为:n(CTS)∶n(DDA)=1.0∶1.1,二甲亚砜为溶剂,于120℃反应30 h,DDATAC收率为91.37%。通过红外光谱、元素分析确定产物的化学结构,最后测定了产物的抗菌性能和耐洗性能。结果表明,制备得到的有机硅季铵盐具有良好的抗菌性能和一定的抗菌耐洗性。
【Abstract】 A quaternary surfactant,N,N-dimethyl-N-dodecylaminopropyltrimethoxy ammonium chloride(DDATAC) was synthesized from γ-chloropropyl trimethoxy silane(CTS) by quaterisation with N,N-dimethyldodecylamine(DDA).The effects of raw material composition,reaction temperature and solvent on the yield of DDATAC were studied.The optimal reaction conditions for the synthesis are,molar ratio of CTS to DDA,1.0∶1.1;reaction medium,dimethyl sulfoxide;reaction temperature,120 ℃.The yield of the product achieves 91.37%.The chemical structure of the product was characterized by IR spectrum and elemental analysis.Besides,the antibacterial property and laundry resistance were measured with good performance indicated.
