铜污染对扇贝内脏团抗氧化酶活性的影响

【摘要】 在实验室条件下,将栉孔扇贝置于不同质量浓度的Cu2+溶液中10 d,测定其内脏团过氧化氢酶(CAT),谷胱甘肽过氧化物酶(GSH-PX)和超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)的活性。试验结果表明,随着Cu2+质量浓度的提高,CAT、SOD、GSH-PX的活性表现为"抑制—诱导—抑制"的规律,但整体仍是抑制的特性。扇贝内脏团组织CAT、GSH-PX、SOD对铜的早期污染均具指示作用,其中最为灵敏的指标是CAT,其次是SOD和GSH-PX。

【Abstract】 The scallop Chlamys farreri was exposed to various concentrations of Cu2+ to evaluate the effect of Cu2+ on the activities of antioxidant enzymes including Catalase(CAT),superoxide dismutase(SOD)and Glutathione peroxidase(GSH PX)in the viscera of the scallop in the lab.It was found that the activities of CAT,SOD and GSH-PX were inhabited in low level of Cu2+,induced and inhabited in the high level of Cu2+ within the range of Cu2+ concentration.The results also suggested that CAT be more sensitive than SOD and GSH-PX CAT to Cu2+ exposure,and they could be served as bio-monitoring indicator of low concention Cu2+ exposure in marine.
