KCl诱导虾夷马粪海胆幼体变态的研究

【摘要】 研究了不同浓度的KCl对于虾夷马粪海胆幼体变态的诱导作用及对变态后个体生长的影响。试验结果表明,KCl对虾夷马粪海胆是一种极好的变态诱导剂,0.05 mol/L的KCl作用5~10 h诱导效果最佳,在提高变态率的同时,大大地降低了死亡率。

【Abstract】 Experiments were made to study the induction of metamorphosis and growth of larvae of sea urchin Strongylocentrotus intermedius by potassium chloride(KCl).The results showed that potassium chloride was an effective metamorphosis inducer for sea urchin.The optimum concentration and time of induction were 0.05 mol/L and 5~10 h,respectively.Potassium chloride significantly decreased the death rate of larvae and made a great increases in metamorphosis rate.
