MEMS痕量爆炸物传感器的探测选择性分析
Detection selectivity analysis of MEMS trace explosive sensor
【摘要】 利用MEMS传感器对被测物进行高选择性探测。对几种不同探测原理的MEMS痕量爆炸物传感器进行了分析与比较,指出其在选择性探测方面的不足与缺陷,提出了可提高选择性的解决方法。
【Abstract】 High selectivity detection of measured substance is made with MEMS sensor.Some kinds of detecting methods based on different principles are summarized,their deficiencies on the aspect of detection selectivity are pointed out,and the possible solutions of this problem are also proposed.
