电容式液位传感器的有限元计算与误差分析
Finite element calculation and error analysis on capacitance liquid level sensor
【摘要】 采用有限元分析的方法,建立了双筒形电容式液位测量传感器的数学模型。分析了传感器的电容值与结构参数、被测介质的介电常数、定位销个数的关系,总结出电容量随液位高度变化的规律。分析了内外筒轴线平行度与同轴度偏差。标定实验表明:传感器在0~500mm范围的测量精度为0.2mm。
【Abstract】 The math model of the double cylinders capacitance liquid level sensor is set up by the finite element method.The relation between the capacitance and its size,the relative permittivity,located pins and liquid level is presented.The result error caused by the parallelism,concentricity and the circuit is analysed.Calibration experiment shows,the accuracy in the range of 0~500mm is 0.2mm.
