【摘要】 提出了一种图像测量系统的现场标定和分区线性畸变校正方法,靶标件采用一加工有一个圆孔的工件,以圆心为特征点,标定时,CCD摄像机沿着系统的导轨移动,计算图像中圆心位置并读取导轨光栅尺数值,可以获得多组标定特征点。用中心部分特征点求出标定参数,从而计算出图像中各点的畸变值,进行分区畸变校正。

【Abstract】 A method for on-line calibration and zoning linear distortion adjustment of image measurement system is proposed.A work with round hole is used as the target,and the central point of work is regarded as characteristic point.During the calibration CCD camera is driven along the track of system to obtain several groups of calibrated points.The calibration parameter of measurement system is calculated according to the calibrated points in the center part.The distortion of each point in the image can be calculated and corrected.
