微型法-珀腔阵列光谱探测器读出电路的模拟与设计
Simulation and Design of Readout Circuit of Micromation Fabry-Perot Cavity Array Spectral Detector
【摘要】 针对微型法-珀腔阵列光谱探测器读出电路的单芯片集成化设计,在研究分析微型法-珀腔阵列光谱探测器的结构和工作原理的基础上,提出了基于2μm标准CMOS工艺的8位线阵微型法-珀腔阵列光谱探测器读出电路方案,研究了电路中各元器件的结构与结构参数,在ORCAD软件平台下完成了读出电路各单元电路与系统电路的设计、仿真与优化,利用TANNER软件完成了微型法-珀腔阵列光谱探测器读出电路的版图设计及版图验证。该电路工作电压为+5 V,总功耗为4.82μW,版图面积0.37 mm×0.22 mm。
【Abstract】 Contraposing the analysis of the design methods for the readout circuit in a single-chip Micromation Fabry-Perot cavity array spectral detector,and based on the study of the structure design and working principle of Micromation Fabry-Perot cavity array spectral detector,the scheme of the readout circuit with 2 μm standard CMOS process for 8×1 array-type Micromation Fabry-Perot cavity spectral detector is determined,research on the structures and parameters of the components is done,the design、simulation and optimization of the unit circuits and system circuit are finished using the ORCAD software,and the design and the verification of the layout are completed using the TANNER software.The total power consumption of the circuit is 4.82 μW for a operation voltage of +5 V,and the area of the layout is 0.37 mm×0.22 mm.
