用空燃比法检测汽油发动机油耗的试验研究
Detection of Air-fuel Ratio with Gasoline Engine Fuel Consumption Study
【摘要】 用空燃比法检测汽油发动机的耗油量,通过测量发动机的进气岐管压力、进气温度、过剩空气系数,利用发动机的转速和气缸容积等参数,计算其进气量,再由发动机进气量和空燃比求得发动机的燃油消耗量。各传感器信号进入单片机,由单片机、废气分析仪和笔记本电脑串口通信,将相关数据传入电脑和被测车辆录入电脑的相关信息融合计算,即可得到油耗率。结合GPS传给计算机的数据可以算出百公里油耗量。
【Abstract】 Detection the fuel consumption of gasoline engines by air-fuel ratio,through measuring the Intake Manifold、 intake temperature、 excess air coefficient of engine,using the speed and cylinder engine parameters such as volume,calculating intake flowrate and then obtaining fuel consumption by intake flowrate and air-fuel ratio. The sensor signal enter into the SCM,through the SCM,exhaust analyzer and notebook computers serial communication,fusion calculation the relevant data and computer-related vehicle entry information,fuel consumption rate can be got .combine the data GPS pass-ed to computer can get fuel consumption per hundred kilometers.
