基于数学形态学的汽车纵梁装配孔图像识别
Pattern Recognition of the Assembly Holes of String Piece Based on Mathematical Morphology
【摘要】 在基于机器视觉的汽车纵梁装配孔自动检测系统中,图像处理之后的图像识别检测,需要获得图像的形状及灰度信息。通过对图像的几种数学形态学标记方法分析比较,利用标号法和链码法相结合的方法,实现了装配孔中心坐标、直径和面积的识别检测。
【Abstract】 In the auto-detection system of the assembly holes of string piece based on machine vision,pattern recognition detection needs to obtaining shape and gray information of the image after image processed.This article use Chain-code Method to combine with Labeling Method by comparison analysis of several mathematical morphology sign of image,de-veloping center coordinate,diameter and area recognition detection of the assembly hole.
