高水热稳定的介孔V-MCM-41分子筛的孔径调变
Insight into Tunable Pore Size of Mesoporous V-MCM-41 Molecular Zeolite with Good Hydrothermal Stability
【摘要】 以廉价的工业级高模数比硅酸钠(Na2O.3.3SiO2)为硅源,不同类型表面活性剂为模板剂,采用水热合成法制备了掺V的介孔V-MCM-41分子筛,并对其孔径调变进行了研究.实验结果表明不同类型的模板剂合成的介孔分子筛的孔径差异显著,这归因于合成过程中的表面活性剂与硅源作用方式的不同所致.高分子量的非离子型表面活性剂(P123)用量对所合成分子筛的孔径具有较优的调变作用,可调变硅基介孔分子筛的孔径变化范围为4.21~7.47 nm.对于阳离子表面活性剂来说,分子筛合成所用模板剂的碳链长度与分子筛孔径大小有近乎线性的关系.
【Abstract】 The cheaper industrial inorganic silicate Na2O·3.3SiO2 was selected as silica source,using different surfactant as template,and the supported vanadium mesoporous materials was prepared by direct hydrothermal synthesis.The results indicated the different surfactant in the mesoporous materials synthesis could result in the different pore size of the materials,which was due to the different reciprocity between the surfactants and silica source.The pore size of the materials was changed from 4.21 nm to 7.47 nm according to the amounts shift using P123 surfactant as template.For the cation-surfactants,the pore size of the materials was linear with length of long-chain alkyl of surfactants.The longer alkyl of surfactants,the larger pore size of the materials was.
