基于LabVIEW的镁合金阻尼性能测试系统
LabVIEW-based Testing System for Magnesium Alloys Damping Capacity
【摘要】 介绍了一种基于ADVANTECH PCI-1711 DAQ板卡和LabVIEW软件的镁合金阻尼性能虚拟测试系统,以及该系统的硬件配置和在LabVIEW 7.1环境下的软件模块化设计.以YB1631功率函数发生器生成2路正弦信号,仿真了振动衰减及应变信号的测试过程,由仿真结果看出:数据采集正常,峰值捕捉及测量正常,数据计算结果正确.
【Abstract】 This paper introduces a virtual test system for magnesium alloys damping capacity based on ADVANTECH PCI-1711 DAQ card and LabVIEW,and its hardware allocation and software module designed under LabVIEW 7.1 are discussed in detail.With the sine signals produced with YB1631 power generator,the testing process of vibration attenuation and strain signal is simulated.The results show normal data acquisition,normal peak value,and correct computation.
